A standard tuning consists of floating the piano to the pitch where it is currently resting. This reduces the risk of breaking strings or putting stress on the piano.

If your piano has been sitting for a while, it may need a pitch raise to get it back up to a standard A440 pitch to get your piano sounding its best.

Some small miscellaneous repairs can be made during an initial tuning appointment for an additional $5. However, if another appointment is required, the starting price is $40.
